Shiftwell Collective provides coaching, educational content, wellness resources, workshops, and personal and professional development services.

3. ELIGIBILITY

4. COACHING DISCLAIMER
Shiftwell Collective provides coaching services only and does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, psychological services, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or other regulated professional services.
By participating in coaching services, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Results are not guaranteed.
• You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
• Coaching is intended to support personal growth, accountability, resilience, and self-development.
• Shiftwell Collective does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure medical or mental health conditions.
• Coaching services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, or professional counseling.
• For first responders and other professionals, coaching services are not a substitute for employer-provided mental health resources, psychological services, critical incident stress management programs, peer support programs, or emergency intervention services.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or require professional treatment, please contact a qualified healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.
5.CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Attend scheduled sessions on time.
• Participate actively and respectfully.
• Take personal responsibility for their decisions and actions.
• Use services and materials lawfully and ethically.
Shiftwell Collective reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if a client engages in inappropriate, abusive, threatening, unlawful, or disruptive behavior.
6. VIRTUAL SERVICES
Coaching sessions may be delivered through video conferencing platforms, telephone, email, or other online communication methods.
Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate technology, internet access, and a private environment suitable for participation in virtual coaching sessions.
Shiftwell Collective is not responsible for interruptions caused by a client's internet connection, equipment failures, or technical issues beyond our control.
7. PAYMENTS AND FEES
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required before services are delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shiftwell Collective reserves the right to:
• Change pricing at any time.
• Refuse service for unpaid invoices.
• Suspend services for overdue payments.
• Use third-party payment processors to securely process transactions.
Clients agree to provide accurate and current payment information.
8. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Clients may reschedule coaching sessions by providing at least 24 hours' notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Missed appointments and no-show sessions are non-refundable.
Digital products, downloadable materials, and online resources are non-refundable.
Coaching packages, programs, and prepaid services are generally non-refundable once services have commenced unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any exception to this policy shall be at the sole discretion of Shiftwell Collective.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through Shiftwell Collective, including but not limited to:
• Text
• Graphics
• Logos
• Branding
• Videos
• Downloads
• Worksheets
• Coaching frameworks
• Training materials
• Website content
• Educational resources
is the exclusive property of Shiftwell Collective and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Clients may use purchased or provided materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
Shiftwell Collective respects client confidentiality and will not intentionally disclose private client information except:
• With client consent.
• Where required by law.
• Where disclosure is necessary to address an imminent risk of serious harm.
• As otherwise permitted by applicable law.
While reasonable efforts are made to protect information, clients acknowledge that electronic communications and online platforms cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. WEBSITE USE
Users agree not to:
• Misuse the website.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Interfere with website functionality.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Use the website for unlawful purposes.

Shiftwell Collective makes no guarantees regarding specific personal, professional, emotional, health, career, business, or financial outcomes.
Individual results depend on numerous factors including effort, commitment, circumstances, and implementation of coaching recommendations.
15. PRIVACY
